Rollercoasters!!!

I love roller coasters, I have ridden roller coasters from one end of this nation to another. I did not take these pictures, I borrowed them from the nice folks at www.rcdb.com, if you like rollercoasters, check them out. Here are some of my favorites from west to east.

Demon - Great America, Santa Clara, CA 50mph 2 loops, 2 corkscrews. There is a really great view off the right side from the loops, there is a clear view of the office building next to the park, and you get to watch the office building do a flip.

Grizzly - Great America, Santa Clara, CA 55mph old style wooden teeth rattler, if the frame shook any more when you round the turns, they would have to move the next ride over so that it would not hit it.

Volcano, The Blast Coaster - Paramount's Kings Dominion, Doswell, VA, 70mph linear launch, vertical boost, inverted roll out and three corkscrews, this coaster was a exactly as advertised a real blast. This was my first Linear Induction system, I stood at the launch for ten minutes just watching the cars make a slow corner and then accelerate away at 3G's on a level section of track, WOW!
